KPVA Parcel

KPVA owns a platted parcel for which it pays property taxes and is responsible for maintaining. It contains the KPVA Retention Pond that spills over into the St. Joseph County retention pond to the south. The KPVA parcel is bordered by the County, a farm parcel, and KPVA Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16.
