A new septic system under construction in KPVillas is using the Eljen GSF (Geotextile Sand Filter) method to accommodate the yard's limited space. Similar to the Presby septic system installed in KPVillas (described here) in 2023, effluent is pre-treated within pipes that have a material to increase oxygen transfer, lessening the load on the soil.
The contractor for the job is Jim Hoffman of Watermark Water Well & Pump Service.
