Feel free to submit questions on the financials or the proposed budget so that [Treasurer] Ron and I/others can plan to address them in our prepared remarks. Of course, you can raise questions at the meeting in person as well.
I have received a couple of proxy forms already, but I would ask that if you do not plan to attend the meeting in person, please send your proxy form to your area liaison if you have one, or to me. You can also just reply to this email that you are providing your proxy to the Board to vote on your behalf.
