The Annual Meeting for the entire KPVA community will be held on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Knollwood Country Club. Doors will open for check in at 6:30 pm and the meeting brought to order by 7:00 pm.
The KPVA President writes about two agenda items in an August 11 email:
New Board Members – A key topic on our agenda will be to select new Board members. The Board is expected to consist of 4 officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer) and at least one at-large member....We ideally need 3 new members...If you have any interest in getting involved with the community, this is an ideal time to raise your hand to volunteer...Please contact me to discuss.
2023-2024 Budget - Another agenda item will be to vote on the budget for the 2023-2024 year. Over the next couple of weeks, I will follow up with a copy of the proposed 2023-2024 budget as well as a summary of the 2022-2023 financials. Information will be provided in advance so that you have the time to review the budget proposal, formulate any questions you have regarding the budget, and prepare to vote on it.
If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting in person, but would like one of your neighbors to vote on your behalf, we will be able to accommodate that through proxy forms.
