Arnt Asphalt will be performing the asphalt repair work in our area on Thursday, June 22, beginning at 8:00am. They plan to be able to do all the work in one day, but since this is also our usual grass cutting day with Pemberton, please be very careful driving in the neighborhood this Thursday as there may be an unusually high number of trucks and vans in the streets. -KPVA President email, June 19, 2023
They plan to open the back Adams Road gate for use to enter and exit the development Wednesday, in the late afternoon. It will remain open through Thursday while the asphalt work is being done. If you need to enter and/or exit the area and are otherwise unable to traverse to the front gate due to the work being done, please feel free to use the back gate.
