Four Board Members walked the KPVA parcel of land containing the KPVA retention pond to assess its spillover, retaining walls, trees, landscaping, and other issues. They were joined by homeowners of adjoining lots who brought historical perspective and other insights into how the KPVA retention pond functions in practice.
KPVA owns the platted parcel for which the HOA both pays property taxes and is responsible for maintaining.
The KPVA parcel is bordered by St. Joseph County and a farm parcel to the south, and by KPVA Lots 13, 14, 15, and 16.
