Homeowners can now automatically deduct monthly maintenance fee payments from their checking accounts, per the KPVA Treasurer. In an August 28 email he attached an authorization form for interested homeowners to enroll by completing and returning it to KPVA P.O. Box 438.
The Treasurer writes:
"Participation is NOT mandatory! You may continue using whatever method of payment that you’re most comfortable with. Also, please note that even if you choose to participate, you should make your September payment as you always have; I’m hopeful that the program will begin with payments due on October 1st. "
