If the KPVA Board considers a Rule change, to what would the Rule change? Having examples would certainly yield a more informed decision about whether to change the extant Rule.
One proposed example, Sample Rule 1, is drawn from multiple sources listed at Model HOA Rules. In the replacement text, the language is simple, the burden on future Boards is minimal, impediments for homeowners are few, application requirements are fair, and solar panel location restrictions are clear.
