The KPVillas Board proposes curb repairs that require homeowner input. Because the cost exceeds a 1984-set limit, the Board requests homeowners submit a ballot stating Member approval. You can return your ballot to your KPVillas area liaison.
The Bylaws Section 3.07 imposes a limitation of Board action to "contracts involving a total expenditure of less than $10,000.00 without obtaining the prior approval of a majority of Members," with some exceptions. Because prior Boards have built up sufficient reserve funds, this will not involve an assessment or a monthly fee increase. However, the ballot is still required.
