Snow removal occurs when there are 2 inches or more on the ground in KPVillas. This is the same triggering amount in the current landscaping contract with New Generations as it was previously with Pemberton.
On Tuesday, January 9, 2023, New Generations made its debut as our new snow service provider. Their team consisted of a mix of trucks with plows, a Bobcat with a blade, and several individuals with hand shovels.
The slop from the wet snow and falling sleet complicated the flow of the push, but by the next day most roads and sidewalks had clear pavement.
