The KPVA Board has implemented a new practice to facilitate approval of exterior projects. Per the Architectural Control Committee, "The Exterior Modification Request (below) is a form that needs to be completed and submitted for KPV Board approval before the starting date of the project. Several typical outside projects are listed on this form and the completed form can be returned to [the ACC] as (1) a pdf attachment to an email, or (2) US Postal Service. Upon authorizing board signatures and approval date [the ACC] will return a copy of the signed form to you."
