Changes to the exterior of your KPVilla this spring/summer/fall require completing the Exterior Modification Request. This form, linked below and among the Files on the KPVillas home page, must be completed and submitted for KPVA Board approval before the starting date of the project. Jim Johnson of the Architectural Control Committee notes this form does not have to be completed for the staining of your villa every 6 years.
Several typical outside projects are listed on this form and the completed form can be returned to Jim (Lot 55) either as (1) a PDF attachment to an email, or (2) US Postal Service. Upon authorizing Board signatures and approval date, Jim will return a copy of the signed form to you. If you wish to discuss your project before completing this form feel free to contact Jim.
