A platoon of leaf blowers rolled through the neighborhood as the skies cleared and the area dried out. After cleaning the landscaping beds and de-bulking the accumulated leaves, the team then doubled back and mowed the lawns. What has been done so far in KPVillas looks very good.
This is the first leaf clean-up by the new-to-KPVillas contractor New Generation Landscaping and Lawn Care. As with their inaugural lawn mowing days, they have a learning curve on how to deliver the best service efficiently. They were especially dogged by heavy rain and soggy ground their first couple of mowing visits.
Your patience and thoughtful comments are appreciated. Homeowners can always contact the company directly, though homeowners may not incur landscaping expenses or give maintenance directions on the HOA's behalf without approval of the KPVA Board.
