The change in Covenants proposed at the 2024 Annual Meeting has passed with 89% of votes cast approving the change, per an October 28 email from the KPVA President. Section 1, Part 19, will now read as follows (the wording change is shown in red):
Leases. No leases of any Dwelling Units may be entered into without the prior approval of the Association and no such lease may have a duration of less than one year.
