Proxy for Annual Meeting

A proxy can vote on your behalf if you cannot attend the 2023 Annual Meeting, The KPVillas President sent an email September 6 with a form that allows you to declare either an individual you choose or the KPVA Board of Directors as your proxy. They can then cast your vote(s) in your absence.

The Excel file attached to the email contains multiple tabs with a meeting agenda, 2022 minutes, fiscal results and balances, a proposed budget, and more. Homeowners are asked to provide the proxy form to their liaison or a current KPVA Board member on or before September 12th.
