Thanks to Outgoing Board President

At the 2022 Annual Meeting, President Tom Felger announced he will be rotating off the Board as his term ends. Loretta Jacobs was then elected to serve a three-year term on the Board. The Board will select officers amongst themselves at the ensuing Board meeting, previously announced as Sunday, September 25, at 4:00 PM.

Thanks go to Tom for his six years of service to the KPVillas community. Clearly much happens behind the scenes, for the neighborhood's public front remains attractive and well-kept, while the association finances are stable and in the black. (Sorry, that's the only photo I could find.)
