Turbulent Water

With extreme rain, the flow from street runoff threatens the integrity of the south bank of the pond on Oak Hill Blvd. High water volume surging through the drain buffets the far ridge. In the video, notice the turbulence in the bottom right where the road runoff emerges. A stitch in time could save the HOA from a compromised pond.

On the back side of the ridge, only a few feet remain before the drop-off, which is inching north across the grass path and is within a few feet of the pond itself.
