"Gary has asked me to remind everyone it’s time to turn on your water so that the sprinklers can operate. He would like everyone to turn their water on by May 1st, which is next Monday. He plans to be in our development on that morning. Hopefully, if you are not in town right now, you have someone who can assist with this in your absence."
